No refunds whatsoever can be given on products more than 30 days after original purchase. Please contact us before. Any items sent back to us without requesting the refund will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept return on sale items.
Damaged items/Wrong items
Please inspect the item received immediately to check if your received the wrong item and contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
We can process your refund within 30 days of receipt if the UNUSED and UNOPENED products are genuinely damaged, which we will need to investigate thoroughly.
We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. The maximum shipping cost limited to £3.95
